The estimated shipping time is just an estimate. The actual shipping time is determined by production backlog. Depending on production schedules it may take longer or you may get it in less time, orders are filled in the order they are received by bed version. On all customized special orders, once the bed begins the construction phase, the 500 dollar deposit is nonrefundable. Otherwise, there is 15 percent cancelation surcharge if order is canceled prior to shipment. If cancelled after shipment, all associated freight charges will be applied to account and they are nonrefundable. All transactions must be completed before the final shipments will be made. Returns must be shipped freight prepaid to BOL (bill of lading) origin for those products that are made in North America. On beds shipped directly from Wales or other offshore locations other arrangements must be made. Any special charges for custom colors or names will not be refunded. And there will be a repackaging and refurbishing-for-sale handling charge. |
